The main objectives of this research project are to: generate better understanding of horizontal and vertical occupational segregation in Scottish Higher Education institutions (HEIs) - with a specific focus on disability, gender and race; and produce practical guidelines to support the on-going work by Scottish HEIs in tackling occupational segregation and related equality issues.
